Will I receive the product exactly as shown in the picture?
Of course. Most items are sample-verified before being listed for sale, so the products on this website will be shipped according to those samples. The exact model as shown in the image will be confirmed directly in the attached “quotation”.
Where can I view my sales invoice?
Currently, all invoices are sent via email to the buyer by their respective supplier. Please make sure your email address is correct to receive the invoice, or you can request a printed copy during delivery.
How can I return an item?
You can. Please carefully review the terms on our website and have everything ready before calling us. The process will be handled quickly, but related costs such as shipping, inspection fees, or surcharges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
Will you restock items marked as “out of stock”?
Yes, we will do our best as quickly as possible. Updates will be displayed on the website, or for special requests, we will notify you via email or phone.
Where can you deliver to?
We can deliver throughout Vietnam and to other Southeast Asian countries via air, sea, or road transport.
